Hydraulic Systems – Design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of complete hydraulic power and control systems is done in-house by our engineering departments.

Repairs – Hydraulic equipment is repaired and then tested in our workshops using only original replacement parts and according to the manufacturers specifications.

Site Work – Brakecore Hydraulics installs hydraulic systems on site ensuring that the correct flushing and commissioning procedures are followed.

Technical Assistance – Troubleshooting, faultfinding and site audits of existing hudraulic systems.

FACILITIES

Brakecore Hydraulics operate from a 1400 square meter warehouse situated in Jet Park, East Rand, Johannesburg.

Testing facilities include a 141 kW variable speed test bench. Also pump and motor repair facilities and hose manufacture division.

We offer computer aided design for all our systems.
